No one said there was a connection, it was an opportunity the rehab group was waiting for to milk and milk they are. Reduce prescribing levels where people needing the drug can't exist and then send them to rehab and call them addicts. While dependent they show no addiction behaviors but are not only abused by suffering they endure but increased by govt. edict. Rehab business is going to thrive, at least in their minds, on ins. and govt. funding, a limitless pool of cash for greed built on suffering. Sweet and not unlike the Pharma abuse you describe. Replace one abusive plan with another, failure to follow, people destroyed, cash in hand......
