Blue-White Game forecast UPDATE: 60 degrees, BLUE skies, perfect tailgating weather

I've got a lot on my plate on Saturday, but I'll try to swing by. Any type of identifier at the tailgate that I should look for?
Will have a Varsity S sign up (not visible unless you are walking over from the outdoor track area). We will keep an eye out for you. RudeDude and MaconNitt found us, so how hard could it be? ;)

Tom the info is in the private conversation you set up between You, NovaPSULuvr and myself if you have access to that.

If anyone in the Mount Joy area wants a parking pass, let me know. Looks like I won’t be making it. I don’t want money. So...free.

We'll also be joined by the seldom heard from but often seen SC1BOB...stop by if you are in the area!

Of course I will be there on Saturday NovaPSULuvr......I think we need to toast to the Fiesta Bowl Champions and the NCAA Basketball Champions - Villanova Wildcats.

Season ticket holders planning to attend the Blue-White Game are asked to hang their permit as they approach Beaver Stadium to assist with traffic management. Previously issued Blue-White Game parking permits that are lost will not be replaced.

Fans attending the Blue-White Game who did not have 2017 season tickets and a season parking permit will be charged for parking.

Parking fees for Blue-White are as follows:

  • Fans with a white 2018 Blue White permit issued with their 2017 parking permits will be admitted without charge.

Parking on Blue-White Game day is cash only.

Fans can view the Blue-White Game presented by Xfinity parking map here.

The Blue-White Game completes the Nittany Lions' 15 spring practice sessions. The contest will air live on the Big Ten Network, Penn State Sports Network and GoPSUsports.com.

The Blue-White Game is the university's unofficial annual spring reunion. Last year, an estimated 68,000 fans were in attendance. The Blue-White Game has drawn more than 50,000 fans in seven of the past nine years, which included crowds of 70,000 or more in three of the last four years.

Penn State returns 13 starters (8 offensive, 3 defensive, 2 specialists) and 26 additional lettermen. The Nittany Lions open the season at Beaver Stadium against Appalachian State September 1.

The weather is top notch. Hard to say how many people are here until we get inside. We just walked campus and Cabinda followed us back to the stadium. Stalker!

64 and sunny. My face is burned! Too hot in sweatshirt, went to tee shirt. On radio on way back they said the estimate was 71,000. Hard to say, but the atmosphere was great!
