Big jumps in PSU commit rankings on another site

Not sure that I agree with all of this site's rankings but they certainly moved a few PSU commits up a good bit. It's not my go to site for player rankings.

Who does the ratings on this site? Was it that guy Paterno kicked off Campus because he was a huge ND fan???
