Barkley named to USA Today all-frosh team. A star in the making.

Saquon is already one of the most exciting players to watch at Penn State in a long time. Can't wait to see what he and Miles Sanders can do together in the same backfield.

Update:

Congrats to Barkley, a great achievement!

That said, 105 weeks and 5 days ago there was another freshman --- he had just had an awesome game in beating a 24-point favorite on the road. Everyone was convinced the sky was the limit for him too.

Let's see if our coaches can keep Barkley on track toward greatness, as opposed to what they did with that other one-time freshman.

SPLASH!!!! Here comes the Michigan Man to piss on the kid's parade. You are a true miserable bastard. Go back to your Harbaugh circle jerk, and leave Barkley alone.

Based on freshman performance he looks like a once in a lifetime talent.

So coaching had nothing to do with Barkley's success this year? Boy, that must have been one helluva high school coach he had for him to be ready to compete at a very high D-1 level without an ounce of coaching. You can't blame a coach for one player's perceived lack of development and not give credit for others who have developed.
