Any recommendations on purchase of nose/ear hair trimmers?

At that age now where it is harder to keep it trimmed down. Currently use small/finevscissors, but stable often remains on the ears.

You have to pluck them out. One by one. Hydration beforehand is key due to the impending flow of tears.

I was/am hoping for a recommendation because I seem to have more hair growth in those spots than I do on my damn dome!
