What makes you say he had better "pocket presence" in 2013? I saw no evidence of that. He also takes forever to deliver the ball (huge wind-up) and the diametric opposite of a "quick release"....let me guess, he had a "quick release" as a freshman, because you say so? CH has never been terribly consistent or accurate either. In other words, it is the "same 'ole, same 'ole" with him, he does not look any better than he did as a freshman - sometimes if you read your own press clippings and believe you don't need to get better......well, you end up not getting better.
