Why are we never involved with 5 star recruits?

How much have you contributed to Happy Vally United? It's all about $$$$

    Wendy's to start "surge pricing"

If it's something like Regular Prices are our Max Prices, but if you come to Wendy's at 2:30pm or 8:30pm, you get a discount....then I'd be more inclined to go to Wendy's during those off-peak hours. If its come to Wendy's at Noon or 5pm and get charged $25 for a Jr Cheeseburger, then I'll...

FB Recruiting Penn State re-adds Syracuse's top recruiting assistant Khalil Ahmad

I doubt he sticks here. But given our proximity to NJ, you would think his job would be easier here. But he was at Syracuse, left for Penn State for Syracuse , and then left for Penn State again. Why leave Syracuse twice? And now come back to Penn State twice. I guess it's worth it if we...

Before we start praising Franklin for retention...

And yet you forget to mention that Olu graded as a first rounder last year.

    Micah S

This is a PSU board. Who cares about the Coach of ND? He made his choice and I wish him the best.

Are you ponying up the NIL money to get him here?

    Ohio State Offensive Line Issues

I remember last year against Michigan, there was critique against their OL. And we all remember what happened. I'll believe OSU has a weak OL when I see it.

Also not discussed is the fact that PSU has the #1 "Red Zone Offense" in the Conference

Goes to show that snapping under center with a Tush Push or T Formation works. I'm glad Yurcich incorporates more than just a shot gun in his offense unlike his predecessors.

My biggest disappointment with the 2024 recruiting class.

There is only so much NIL money to go around. If we would have paid for Jamonta Waller, how many 4-star recruits would we have lost? I trust the staff in balancing NIL money and finding good value for the players we were able to give NIL money to.

"Black Coffee or like an ice cream sundae?"

Someone should do one of those video voiceovers when Franklin meets with Mike Locksley before the PSU/Maryland about how he should do intermittent fasting with black coffee. Locksley needs to stay way from those Sundaes.

+11 Turnover Differential, Penalties, Offensive Gameplan

College Football Programs are making more money than ever. The rising Coaching Salaries are just a by product of the rising revenue generated by the football programs.

FB Recruiting 2025 OL Jaelyne Matthews has decommitted from Penn State

It was a suprrise when he committed and all the analysts said it's a long way from the 2025 signing day. I'd rather have a de-committment early, especially since a lot of good OTs are still growing into their bodies. I trust Traut will find and develop a couple good OTs for 2025. No one...

NCAA suspends Iowa DT Noah Shannon for season over gambling violation

It's legal to get paid $$$$ now. Especially as a highly productive DT, which are highly sought after. Why risk it over gambling when you can get paid legally now?

Players who I had written off from PSU who turned out to be Players

You mean by our BOT, NCAA, and the Big Ten’s ridiculous sanctions that gutted the team?

Players who I had written off from PSU who turned out to be Players

Journey Brown. He was a 2-star Junior and looked like he was going to get passed by with 4 and 5 star underclassmen Noah Cain, Devyn Ford, and Ricky Slade.

How would you feel about Pitt to the Big Ten?

The real question is how can we kick Rutgers out of the Big Ten?

FB Recruiting 2023 Elite 11 Thread — Ethan Grunkemeyer updates

I'd add Clifford (5th round pick), Stevens (7th round pick), Hack (2nd round pick). Basically, every QB that's played for him has gotten drafted. BTW, has any heard of how Day 2 went?

    About James Franklin....

Those other programs have more NIL money, better recruiting classes, better facilities, less academic standards for there players, and are generally regarded as football factories. Yet CJF is always striving to make the program better, without sacrificing Success with Honor. No matter how much...
