I see the NCAA revised the brackets yesterday. Apparently:
• #11 McGonagle out at 133 (everyone below him moves up a seed, with Oakley the new #33).
• #9 Millner out at 149 (everyone below him moves up a seed, with Demas the new #33). This makes SVN the #12 instead of #13. Which means he now faces #5 Johnson in Rd. 2.

I have not checked the other weight classes, yet.

I am pretty sure those were the only two brackets to change.

Like SL, I failed to achieve my goal for the NCAA tourney this year in pretty dramatic fashion. But after the wave of disappointment washed over me and I properly sacrificed an old pair of bifocals, I let the gaze of my squinting eyes drift down the KYPSW list and its undersized font to behold the names of the many board luminaries whose guesses were even worse than mine this year.

This assuaged my aching heart and reignited my competitive flame. So, I quickly cancelled my championship t-shirt order, reversed my decision to boycott the KYPSW award ceremony, and vowed to use another year of eligibility to come back next season and give it another go.

I'm coming for you philflyboy, Random4598375, Michlion, and you other podium placers. And yes, I'm bringing hell with me.

Unlike in the real wrestling world, past winners/placers do come back to the pack.

Not me. In three years of doing this, I've been first, then jobbed by a replay review to finish just off the podium, then second. I'm sure I'll be back on the top step next year.
