right on. big mouth hasn't had much to say the last few years. just lost much respect of him.No way part time Snyder posts that same thing if Nolf was healthy. He is all confident now with his team. It’s like a minimum 10 point swing in the team score with Nolf not wrestling. PSU can still win but it is much tougher without Nolf. I seriously hope we can pull off the win and shut that Ohio state loudmouth up.
I have been telling you we are winning this match since the beginning of the season. I have reiterated it all week that even with the loss of Jason the Nitts still have this.
I can't believe you just told everybody we were hanging out together with Spyker outside the room peaking through the windows. Next thing I know you will tell them how we were escorted out by campus police. Geez man.
Just further evidence that he simply chose the wrong school. ;-)
You can't fault him for this tweet though. Just a hyper competetive dude who hates to lose. No disrespect towards PSU at all, quite the opposite.

I think Snyder would post it regardless of Nolf. Athletes at this level are confident in themselves and their team. His twitter post doesn't anger me at all. It is a great rivalry. I'd be surprised if he didn't have solid relationships with several PSU wrestlers.
Snyder hyping the Penn State dual is good for the dual and the sport, that's all that matters. There's boasting that can be labeled as loudmouthery but this isn't that.

Class act, likely the first guy to shake our guy's hands after a loss. Maybe a little bravado to pump up his team, nothing more.
I definitely think without Nolf his confidence has greatly increased with his teams chances hence the post. Just my opinion. I definitely am not angry he posted this. In fact I am sure it was mainly in good fun, though Kyle did take a shot at PSU. Kyle roomed with Zain at the last Worlds, and remember watching how they got along great. Kyle is obviously an amazing wrestler and seems like a great kid. Never heard one bad thing about him. In fact I like most tOSU kids and they seem like genuine nice student athletes. Those Jordan kids are super respectful, NATO, etc. Their coach on the other hand...
That said I hope PSU smashes them!!!
PSU has won 6 of the 7 last national championships. I would hope that PSU is the team everyone wants to beat more than any other team. I know that it is quite enjoyable beating Iowa, reality is that they have mostly gotten participation trophies at NCAA's for the last 7 years.
So, who has the guts to post this back to Kyle if we win?

You can tell that the seed protection claim against Ryan is getting to him. Ben Askren took Tommy Rowlands to task on this point is as well in his Flo podcast, but of course tOSU guys are living in denial. If only Ryan could "vaccinate" himself against the charge. (If one of his "healthy" guys get the flu would it be due to the Anti-vaxxer?)

My brother coached Toby in youth wrestling and I know his dad very well. They are good people. Of the Cahill Brothers, Toby was the one that blossomed later. He was more of a jokester and as a young wrestler didn’t take the sport as serious as the others. At least it seemed that way anyway. Lol

Not one bit of worry, including my list above...just plenty to think about just within Penn State Wrestling. The other stuff that gets way beyond banter isn't worth the time.

LOL Tom Ryan! Tickets were available on Ticketmaster, the same place many PSU fans like myself bought them.
tOSU was allotted 75 tickets for the match just like every other BIG10 school that comes to wrestle at REC Hall!
I do think that we could have sold almost 10,000 more tickets if this match was held at the BJC!

Frankiln got his picture taken with an Ohio State fan -- but made the kid take off the OSU shirt.
Guess this is similar as far as the pic itself goes ... Difference being that Franklin didn't try to spin the kid as a PSU fan, or use the kid to falsely prove his grievances with the other school.
The kid I saw him do it to wasn't even wearing Ohio State gear. It was a red sweatshirt from his junior program. Franklin looked at the dad and said "no red" then helped the kid take the shirt off.
