Watching Kentucky play - love their uniform

Ours are so ugly - like the clean look of theirs. Sandy needs to give Nike a call. Time for an upgrade.

Kentucky is wearing a limited (to eight schools) edition uniform. PSU BB isn't high enough on the food chain.

PSU's uniforms are nice, though the design on the side of the shorts isn't the greatest. I'm sure Nike doesn't force that design on PSU.

If PSU would get back to being blue and white rather than blue and gray then the uniforms will look much much better.

Nike's paying them to go to Kentucky too.


The one and done has been perfect for Capipiari. Nike just pays the player's AAU coach to get him to Kentucky. Everybody's happy. College basketball fans just hold their nose and pretend it's a legit sport.

Not surprisingly, vitale was drooling during today's sec championship game talking about what a great job mike slive, retiring as sec commissioner, did during his tenure. Oversigning in football, no academics (except for Vanderbilt). Yeah, he did great.

Do you know why Alabama football doesn't wear flashy uniforms?

because they don't have to in order to get attention of 18 year old kids. Penn State basketball needs to have all of the attention getting in their uniforms that is allowed by rule.

Even so, Penn State's uniforms aren't that flashy. They have an alternate gray uniform, but it isn't flashy.

Actually, college basketball uniforms in general are subdued compared to college football uniforms. Of course, there isn't as much to work with in basketball.
