Individual must be capable of conjuring up sports magic. Must instantaneously appease fans and win a national championship the first year and each year of their contract term. This individual must have the competency of overcoming 102 years of passable coaching history and approximately 122 years of mostly mediocre winning seasons and boasting a combined record of 1412-1322-1. The applicant must understand that the program has never been able to attract crème de la crème players. There has been good players and even some better than good. You will be able to work with good players (if they stay, after the coaching change).
You must be able to coach in front of have shown erratic support, pseudo coaching expertise and possess master degrees in criticism. The school requires that all players also be real students. They must attend class and obtain passing grades. The most important thing is that they must fully be informed prior to signing their letters of commitment that their are no back door perks and no special privileges.
The individual must provide honest information in that the last time the team participated in the hierarchy of the NCAA tournament was 1954 and that there has never been a player chosen in the first round of the NBA draft.
