Thanks, fg. I really don’t get sad about it much anymore. The good memories are always there and I talk to her every now and then. My gf lost her husband at almost the same time that my wife passed. In an odd coincidence, his birthday was this past week also. Being in a relationship with someone who went through the same thing has helped both of us tremendously.

I feel saddest for my kids and my wife’s mom, who misses her terribly.
