Can the 3 administrators sue these 2 despicable pieces of garbage??
There was a discussion a couple weeks ago about whether or not Curley and Schultz could seek to have their convictions overturned if Spanier's appeal is ultimately successful. To me it seemed any efforts would be a waste of time since they had voluntarily plead and were sentenced UNLESS some information came to light which could show nefarious activity on the part of the OAG. Well................
I don't know if Porndog Fina would be their ticket or not since Curley and Schultz would likely need to clear a very high bar.

As elected judges,I hope these Supreme Court judges take note of what happened to one term Tommy when he shat on PSU alumns and fans.
I guess we should expect news on the Shapiro appeal very soon. The Commonwealth's 90 day window to retry Spanier is Monday.
Maybe...I’m not certain. The Commonwealth has the option to try for a new trial or appeal the ruling. They chose the latter and are supposed to present oral arguments so I’m not sure the 90 window applies anymore since they signaled their intent.

You may well be right and some kind of deadline is coming up next week...but yeah I think this will get dragged out for a while unfortunately.
