Her comments are actually funny, if you know the case. She immediately misquote Paterno and what Paterno said really has no bearing on the case. The issue is what MM told Curley and Schutz. (which they say is similar to what he told his father).

And MM himself says was NOT "eyewitness" testimony in direct EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE to The State's claim that MM "saw" and "eyewitnessed" anal-rape upon the child and told JM, Dr. D, JVP, TC and GS that this is what he "saw" and "witnessed"! As far as evidence goes, it doesn't get any stronger than the supposed "State Eyewitness" listed in the "Probable Cause" and "particulars" docs flat out stating that The State is lying regarding what he "saw" and "eyewitnessed" and what he reported to others that he "saw" and "eyewitnessed" as well as what he testified to the "30th SWIGJ" he appeared before! IOW, he provided DIRECT EXCULPATORY Evidence and testimony to not only the fact he was not an "eyewitness" to The State's claims, but also that The State literally lied and fabricated the existence of the only piece of Direct Evidence cited in the case by The State - the State's supposed "eyewitness" - and that no "Eyewitness" supporting any of The State's claimed 2001-related Crimes and Indictments EXISTS or EVER EXISTED!!!

I've stopped listening to "Andrea" - and she/he/it never bothered to get her/his/it's ass into that Dauphin County courtroom.
All I know is Jack Raykovitz sat in that witness chair and told the jury that Second Mile leadership had FULL KNOWLEDGE of their chairman's OUT OF PROGRAM CONTACT with Second Mile Youth and did nothing to change that. With all of Jack's training, and the fact that he works with at-risk youth, this would have been a HUGE RED FLAG.
It doesn't matter what was going on in the shower - Jerry could have been in there wearing farm coveralls and playing with a box of kittens of the floor with a Second Mile youth. It was OUT OF PROGRAM CONTACT. That's why it doesn't matter what Mike saw or heard. It was OUT OF PROGRAM CONTACT and it caused all kids to be bounced from campus buildings.
Both the 1998 and 2001 complaints consisted of OUT OF PROGRAM CONTACT with Second Mile youth. Jerry had Second Mile kids sleep over in OUT OF PROGRAM CONTACT. Picnics, outings, shopping trips, you name it. It's all OUT OF PROGRAM CONTACT.
It was NOT his role with the charity to be personally working with these kids. Everything flows from that and our Office of Attorney General never went down that trail with Second Mile leadership. They bought the "just wear swim trunks" excuse. Jerry can still abuse kids wearing swim trunks - the Offender's goal of having the YOUTH in the locker room or shower is to have the YOUTH naked. The Offender then gets to check that box and continue with the GROOMING.
So for Laura Ditka to place Jack Raykovitz, of all people, in her witness chair - just confirmed for me that our Office of Attorney General was never interested in properly, professionally and ethically prosecuting this case.
