There is when it becomes such an obsession that you go so far as to visit the criminal in prison. It has come to the point that Jerry has his own cult following.

Yes, I am obsessed with this case. I am fairly certain that an innocent man in languishing in prison for crimes he didn’t commit. There is no credible evidence that Sandusky molested any of the 36 claimants.

But it also very bothersome to me that Tim Curley, Gary Schultz, Graham Spanier and the legacy of Joe Paterno were railroaded for things that didn’t happen. As a Penn State football fan, I feel personally aggrieved for unfairly being branded as a fan with a winning at any cost mentality. I firmly believe that Joe Paterno nurtured a culture of success with honor.

The group that had a winning at any cost mentality was the OAG in order to fulfill Tom Corbett’s vendetta against Graham Spanier. They resorted to political corruption and prosecutorial misconduct to accomplish their objectives.

Sandusky's guilt or innocence is part of this. Even the degree of his guilt matters.

Yes, I am an unapologetic Joe Paterno fan. He was a lot better man than you or I whose legacy has been tarnished because of a vendetta by Tom Corbett. The false grand jury presentment, Frank Fina ethics issues, OAG suggestive interviewing techniques, and the grand jury leaks cannot be explained as idiotic conspiracy theories.

People do not simply forget traumatic events that occur in their lives. I believe that there were many claimants in this case who didn't view their interactions with Sandusky as traumatic until they realized that Sandusky might be a CSA offender and they realized the potential for financial reward so they consulted with psychologists and lawyers. Let me be cyrstal clear, repressed/recovered memory therapy has been thoroughly debunked as a way of obtaining reliable information. In this case v1, v3, v4, v6, v7, and Matt Sandusky have all been shown to have had therapy with psychologists for the purpose of possibly recovering memories of sexual abuse that may have been blocked.

V7 freely admits that he was only able to visualize his abuse until he had recovered memory therapy. V1 was only able to remember his horrific abuse after his therapy sessions with Mike Gillum who helped him the peel the onion that was obscuring the details of his abuse. Cindy McNabb was Andrew Shubin's go to psychologist to help clients recover memories. Imho, any claimant who saw Mike Gillum or Cindy McNabb (there were many) probably received some type of recovered memory therapy and their stories are therefore immediately suspicious. Here is a link to what I believe is a therapy session from a purposely fake accuser and Cindy McNabb. In the session, McNabb states that she is suspicious of Matt Sandusky's story who I believe was also her client.

There is a huge difference between the Bundy and Sandusky cases. In the Bundy case there was a lot of credible evidence that he committed the crimes he was accused of. In Sandusky’s case, not so much.

This story is a long way from over.

Mike McQueary is simply not a credible witness. The idea that he witnessed an anal rape is 100% false. He told multiple different stories of what happened. The reports that he provided to 5 different people at the time made no mention of anything sexual. It was only 10 years later when the OAG had leverage (gambling on college football, cell phone photos) that he changed his tune.

There were 36 claimants that Penn State made settlements with. None of these 36 individuals have credible and convincing stories that they were individually sexually molested by Sandusky imho.
