They will have no more than 5-6 5th yr seniors next yr. In today’s CFB, it’s hard to recruit full classes and have more than that. I believe Jonathon Thomas is also a 5th yr possibility but not if he grts his degree.

no team can afford 5th year players in grad school who are not starting or contributing in a major way. most team would even let a player like that stay on scholarship. i don't think Fessler and Vasey are scholarship players. OSU seems to operate if you are not playing some role on two deep depth chart during your first two years then you may have a career ending event.
