Seems crazy high to me.
Boy I don't know. That Michigan offense looks awfully pedestrian. O'Korn sure has the look of someone who can easily be rattled. Not a good thing for a night white out at Beaver Stadium. I'm not a getting man but I can see the PSU train start rolling downhill on Saturday and Michigan having no way to counter it.
The line changed by 1 point in first 10 minutes which isn't surprising and then by another 1/2 point in the next 20.

A lot. I would like to see us brutalize them. Even a "Harbaugh down and out" where you send a big WR or TE to run over Harbaugh as you throw it oob over everyones heads.
But i can't get through this week assuming it's gonna happen. Destroys my vibe.
I'm good with any outcome where PSU wins, given all the Top 10 losses this season against large spreads.
I hope it gets below 10, but it won't. We'll see how the line moves once the syndicates get involved later in the week. Always hard to tell what's up with the opening line moves. Sometimes it's just numbers grab, but sometimes guys are trying to move lines to get a more favorable line when the betting limits go up.
Michigan fan here, You guys will cover easily if you don't make mistakes. We have the worst passing offense you will see all year. Just stack the box and play man press coverage.

What do you figure the over/under on Turnovers caused by O'Korn? I'll go conservative and say 3. Proabably 2 INTs and one fumble during a sack.
I hope you prosper, but there’s something scary about facing a team with a good defense and a kicker that can regularly nail 3pts once his team moves the ball to the opponents’ 30 yd line.
A one-point win is plenty for me. Anything else is a bonus.

yeah, was thinking the same thing, Howie....a defensive score by PSU, and the game could get ugly for UM....they certainly don't look like a come-from-behind team
So, yeah, the spread seems high, but some elements (last year's results, Michigan's QB weakness, white-out, etc.) are in place that can produce a big margin for PSU.
Beaver Stadium is one of the tougher stadiums in the nation for long field goals, especiall at night with the all white backdrop that fades into black almost instantly at the higher eye level.
My concern is not PS defending the Michigan offense. I feel comfortable with that.
I am not comfortable with PS moving the ball on a regular basis against the UM defense. It is stout. Just not sure. I know about the front 7 for them, could someone share UM secondary information?

Talented but very young. Hill is their best IMO, but again he is very very young. Not a ton of experience back there, but yes, they have talent. They do not have anyone to match up with Gesicki, and will give up height to Blacknall and Johnson.
They got the early action they wanted. This is the third time this year the opening line has moved down 2 points. Note: Those are consensus lines and not individual casino lines. Also, I'm seeing 10, not 9.5, and I can't find a total so far.
I actually expect it to go down to 9 by Tuesday, and then go back up to 10.5 by Saturday morning.

Early action is fickle, late action is based more off confidence. Keep an eye on the total also, and if it goes up, instead of down, later in the week.
