If it's already the best stadium, why is PSU going to dump $700Million into it?
Maybe lower ticket prices by $700 Million over he planned depreciation period and give the season ticket holders the option to donate the difference into NIL so PSU can not only have the best stadium but also the best team.......

As a fan with what's going on in college football I'd rather see at least some of that large of an investment (a good bit of which comes from the fans) in PSU football go to giving the team the resources to compete on an even basis with the best teams.

I hate spending the money on the beav but I saw the lift these facilities made to Cleveland. And then I see comments like this. $80m a year will pay off a billion dollar stadium in about 13 years
