Retired school teacher, certified 1 - 8, and spent all but 4 years teaching sixth grade and sixth grade math. Eighth grade English and 6th grade contained classroom.

Retired retail store manager. I worked 30 years for the same company and was store manager for the last 12 years. The company I worked for was very unique in that it was very decentralized. Allowing and requiring that much decision making be made at store level. It was a fun company to work for.
