They would have gotten there without the blitzer. This OL will not hold up against the Iowa front 4.
Let’s be honest.....while that was a nice TD pass, that’s also a very dangerous throw back pass. Trace had a huge amount of open space ahead of him and probably should have kept it and run for 10-15 yds.

The announcer earlier said that their QB is definitely Pro prospect. Yet doesn't have the awareness to know what intentional grounding is and is a statue in the pocket.....
Not even. All they have to do is stunt or delayed blitz. It’s really strange
But a back-up who becomes a starter is instantly criticized. Then we say that his back-up should start.
Some coach should gather the OL together and get in their faces right now about their play as Trace is down. Try to get some fire in their bellies.
The drops have been blamed on the receivers coach, the penalties are blamed on Franklin not getting them to focus, same with the bad decisions.
I'm not sold our returning wideouts were any good. When Shorter hurt his leg in preseason it was a real blow.
