1. Kentucky had more fans at the game and their fans were much louder than the PSU supporters.
2. Building on #1, when PSU got down big in the 3rd quarter, the PSU fans were nearly silent when Kentucky had the ball. Very little verbal support until the momentum changed in the fourth quarter.
3. When the decision to go for the late field goal was made, the Kentucky fans cheered wildly while the PSU fans were stunned to silence.
4. The bowl itself seemed like a second rate production. Entertainment value outside of the game itself was second rate including a tribute "band" half time.
5. At halftime, Pinegar was attempting practice field goal and appeared visibly distressed at his practice attempts. Seemed to have lost confidence.
6. The Kentucky players were clearly and obviously faking injuries to slow down PSU drives late in the game.
7. Trace was clearly injured and the level at which he played demonstrates the true competitor he is. Nothing but respect for that gentleman.
8. Josh Allen was a force and we had no answer for him. He will be a stud at the next level.
9. The gutsy comeback in the fourth quarter energized the team to the point that the entire atmosphere in the stadium changed. It felt like we were destined to win this game. I am a big Franklin supporter, but will forever question the decision to kick that field goal. You gotta put the game in Trace's hands...win or lose.
10. Love this team and feel bad for the seniors leaving on a loss. The kids handled themselves with class before, during and after the game.
11. Will never understand why fans applaud a player when leaving the field after getting thrown out for targeting.
12. Can't wait for next year.

13. Coaches did not have the team ready to go.

14. Why did we blitz, when their passing game was not much of a threat?

15. Franklin = Zook. Great recruiter. It all ends there.

Regarding #1, didn't sound like it on TV when Penn State's offense went through UK like a hot knife through butter for 3 straight scores and the subsequent defensive series.

Funny that I was at the game and don't agree with many of your observations. I guess we all see what we want to.

Disagree with point 1. Seemed about even on number of fans and noise level. I will give the KY fans and players extra credit for enduring the hot sun all game while PSU side was shaded in 2nd half. Temps were in the mid 80’s in the shade.
