Why would it be a down year for Nebraska? They should still at least be in 3rd place in the B1G West!

I don't know what other noteworthy games are being played that day so that may have a bearing on it. Hopefully we are rolling and Nebraska is also playing well. Even if one of those things isn't true, it's still a match up between two schools with large national followings. It'll also be the first game between them since 2013. My wild guess would be 3:30.
