Apparently he was arrested for driving without a license for the 7th time. Facing up to a year in prison because of so many similar prior arrests.

Scott pleaded not guilty and a pre trial hearing is scheduled the week before we play you guys...just what we need, our best RB to be distracted the week we play you.

I assume after the pre trial hearing, the actual trial or sentencing will be after the season is over.

Sit him for the first few offensive series or the first half vs IU this week seems about right.

I think the MSU campus cops and the EL police probably didn't have a lot of trouble picking him out as he drove around after the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th time. What a dumbass.
