Yep. Those figures are "all in" COMPLETED costs of actual completed constructions nationwide.Does the $363 million dollar median include "soft costs"(Equipment, furnishings, etc.)? I would believe the budget would include allowance for such costs in addition to the actual construction costs. I'm not saying that there is that much in soft costs, I'm just trying to understand the thought process.

Had to read it and Ida Tarbell's History of the Standard Oil Company in 11th grade. We had a long unit on the Sherman Anti-Trust Act too. It was a good class.
