They passed a law here in Ohio to allow for supervised usage of syringes to mitigate blood carrying pathogens. First guy goes in and gets a syringe and two miles away gets arrested for having drug paraphernalia (the syringe). Turns out the law states you are only allowed to take the syringe 1000 yards from the free clinic. Net result is that the law is, basically, worthless.
