Literally dozens of FCS programs without 1/10 of Delaware’s tradition and support have moved up, and I think it was just time. It also didn’t help that their conference is over expanding and they are mad about their crappy new conference schedule.

I'm sure watching JMU, they realized that there isn't much difference between the top FCS teams and the majority of Group of 5 teams, except profitability.
