PSU pretty much "owns" O$U in every sport, but seeing as how our athletes aren't "paid" we're not quite on the same level playing field when it comes to football.

How much will it bother you BuckNuts when PSU regularly beats O$U with a roster of football players who haven't been given "O$U handshakes"?
