Great 90s rock

Whether it's the best decade or not can be debated. What cannot be debated is the fact that it was the LAST decade of rock music. Rock music passed away in 1999 with the takeover of boy bands.
They were the first concert I went to in college...September of 95 at Crowbar.
Ahhhh the Crowbar. Loved that place. I seen Life of Agony there in 97 I think, before Keith Caputo became Mina Caputo.

This is a great thread. Maybe the best music thread to date. Some that I don’t think have been posted but are personal favorites from the decade.
This is borderline. It was originally included in a 1989 release but didn’t take off until 1990/1981. But great tune

sad to say I just “discovered” this song just this year through one of my Spotify Daily Mixes. Love it! I’ll have to dig into more of Pavement’s catalog besides this sone and Haircut.
There is still some really awesome stuff being done right now. The Killers just put out a new album that is pretty good and Arcade Fire had Everything Now out in 2017 and I love that album. The Strokes have a very good song out right now. JMO but I think there is some really great music being put out right now. I mean there is some soul, blues and R&B type that I haven't heard in a very long time.
