Football GAMEDAY THREAD: Penn State Football opens season vs. Purdue

Tengwell looked much better at OT in limited action last season than Wallace has ever looked at OT.....

We start every run from the same spot on the field, with a 2-second delay, handing it to a flat-footed running back. We've been doing it since Saquon was on the field -- underutilizing our running backs and making it easy for defenses.

Insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.

What is the buyout for this jackass? Go fund me from the alumni and maybe we could swing it.

TO be fair to Cliff--he started strong today and drops hurt him. He really didn't play poorly prior to the low, cheap shot.
His ceiling is average. He isn’t ever going to be an elite or even clutch QB
I’d rather take lumps with Allar
of course even he will struggle with this OLine and play calls

Agreed--I just thought he started strong tonight. I'm fine with going to Allar (want to) but it's not all on Clifford

Has Penn St ever had a receiver open more than 20 yards down the field. Nope. They are always prayers.

I disagree. Sean is a fine QB. His problem is a lack of creativity in the run game.
