Getting into town tomorrow around 12-1 without a prepaid parking pass. What're the odds I'll be able to park in the East Halls deck? I'd have to access from Park, right? I'd like to have easier access to downtown and thinking that'd be a good spot for that. Any guidance would be appreciated.
