So I am giving up my Rutgers tix to a friend, but have an ORV physical paper parking pass. Are the regular lots also paper? I know there will be a lot of season tix holders not coming to the game , but what would be the best advice for him to get a parking pass closest to the stadium? He and wife are in their 80’s but are in very good health.
