The starting point is that both are rich assholes. Who knows from there....
In my life I've worked with and in some cases befriended people who are in the upper upper part of the top 1% of Americans in terms of wealth.
Questions like " Where did you Prep?"or "Where do you Summer?"are very common in those circles- yet were foreign to me."They" all seem to know each other and/or can quickly make connections through family, academic, business or social circles. Outsiders- like me- are somewhat foreign and are typically kept at a distance. It is an odd dynamic- but one that is very real if you experience it.
At one point early in my career I hung out with a guy whose father was the CEO of one of the largest international companies. Very high profile exec. In this posse of young bucks running through Manhattan I was the only non prep school guy and only state school grad. When asked once where I went to college I said I went to Penn State. "Penn?" "No, Penn State." " Oh, the football guys? That must've been FUN!" These guys all had gone to prep schools in New England and then Ivy or Little Ivy colleges. Many worked for each others' fathers or their companies.
When you have such a limited population often confined to very limited geography at certain times- Hamptons, Vineyard, Nantucket, Aspen, South Florida, etc- it is inevitable that interactions occur. Things like black tie fundraisers are mandatory appearances. My first of these was on The Intrepid and was as amazing as it was disconserting. My now wife and I met many people that evening, answering the same questions over and over. The fact that we weren't known made us sort of like new puppies. It was awkward. There are defimitely societal lines- spoken and in this case unspoken.
I would like nothing more than some awful "truth" about Freeh to be revealed, and this could be a starting point for an " investigation" of "facts", but it is more likely just rich boys being rich....
So true, 87, so true… it’s where the swamp starts. You learn privilege and favor and how to broker and use it. These people are above everyone else and have no idea how difficult it is to wake up every morning and work hard. They have families and they have their friends. Many partake in activities that family doesn’t know about but friends do and join in. It’s expected. It’s why they turned on Trump. He exposed the swamp.
Remember, Freeh was the Dir. of the FBI. January 6th, the Steele Dossier, Waco, Hunter's laptop all prove how captured that Deep State agency is. He was then hired to cement a false narrative in a high profile pedophilia case.
The only reason he (the BOT) threw Paterno under the bus was to keep inquiring minds distracted and away from the truth. It remains my opinion that this whole mess came down the way it did to keep the attention away from TSM, which I believe would have led to the Hershey Foundation and its $6 billion.

People are far more aware than ever before. Not saying he will succeed on cleaning the swamp but now people no longer trust anyone.
I'd bet those who hired Freeh are likewise connected to Epstein.
The charity event and silent auction circuit in So Cal (OC mostly) was hilarious. The rich wonder in. The “agencies” provide talent for the night getting big donations for certain items and favors were extended. Same crew would bounce from spring event to spring event. Always at hotels.
In DC, the escort services would just setup in the best hotels waiting for “discounts” to pop up on line and then they’d secure blocks of rooms running clients in and out as necessary. We’re talking prominent hotels and prominent clients.
Saw it in first hand in Miami, too. You should see the talent that rolls in for the big events. It’s like a traveling circus. Super Bowl was huge. Top dollar. US Open was wild, too!
You knew your event was big by the type of girls that came in for it.

Everyone has "problems"- some are just more based on needs than wants. While I was extended many wonderful invitations, eventually we settled into our own lane.
As long as you are priming the careers or bonuses of the uber wealthy there is a role for you to play- however like most business relationships- they do not last much beyond your last day on the job.
I worked with and was close enough to be invited to the engagement party of a descendant of a famous robber baron who had the last name. Dude was a genuinely good hearted person. Maybe not the brightest on our team but worked late and hard to keep up. People tolerated him because there was no way he was getting fired.
I often wondered how it felt to know that part of why you were employed was because of who your great grandparents were. It probably feels bad if you know that you need others to carry you when you are the "boss" but just don't "get it" and everyone knows it.
I've had a career where I was relatively rich and in fancy circles, and one where I've taught kids from every walk of life, sometimes giving homebound instruction to teenage immigrant mothers in dwellings where you could see through the floorboards in the winter.
I wouldn't trade either experience because the dichotomy has allowed me to feel very comfortable in my skin. Just because you are wealthy does not mean you are happy, or in many cases even good. This whole Epstein scandal is showing how perverse some folks can be with too much money and time on their hands.
If more dominoes fall so be it.

You nailed it. TSM was lining the pockets of BoT members, their families and friends. Beyond that, a TSM clause held members financially responsible for wrong doing. There was no indemnification.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I feel pretty good about this scenario.
Epstein was a nobody. He was always described as being in finance, but there are no real records of him actually doing anything or making any money. He was likely an asset of the CIA and powerful people were compromised on the agency's behalf. Having Clinton/Gates, etc at the agency's disposal to move money and do certain things globally is indispensable. The question to ask is what value Freeh brings to the equation. Perhaps none. Perhaps they were in the business of compromising ppl that might be of service in the future. BTW, this notion also fits with Epstein's jail cell death, and mysterious malfunctioning cameras, etc.

I'll share another story as well.
It's long been suspected/all but known that Ukraine is a client state of the CIA. This makes sense, geopolitically given their history with Russia.
Now, do you remember the infamous Zelensky interview where he said he didn't need a ride, he needs weapons. Felt very scripted to me. Go back and watch it if you get the chance. This was the tail wagging the dog. That interview created broad support by Americans to approve the administration giving billions to Ukraine. Now, from the CIA and defense department's perspective, the money given to Ukraine is an absolute bargain. You think about the trillions spent during the Cold war and the lives lost over decades. Here, for a fraction of one years defense budget, we've seen exactly what Russia has, or more correctly what they don't have, and they are totally neutralized as a near peer nation. Minus their nukes, we can now focus 100% on China. Now remember, zelenski initially talked about negotiating a quick end to hostilities, but the US talked him out of it and pledged support. That is why.
Fast forward a few months to May 2022. I'm at a major Defense conference in a coastal city. I wind up on a charity boat cruise sponsored by some well connected vets who are now in the contractor world. One of the vets asks me if I want to meet Zelensky's deputies. 😳😳 He takes me down stairs and says, "those 2 over there in green. There they his industry liaisons. You see that waste of a human they're talking to? His daddy was CIA and now he is." The guy takes me over, interrupts the conversation, which really pisses off the CIA guy. I chat with the Ukrainians for a few minutes, get their card, etc. And then they go back to being cornered by the CIA guy for 2 hours.
So, there I was floating around a harbor on a charity boat ride during a conference, witnessing the CIA influencing geopolitics. Not quite what you see in spy movies, but it all came together for me in how the CIA manipulates things.
Sounds like PDiddy is much, much worse than Epstein. I wonder if Freeh ever went to his parties.

Funny...I have been reading about these logs and seeing names listed for years. Fox hasn't covered this yet I guess. No surprise there as this topic is not entertainment or very entertaining. With the rise of the wealth club unencumbered by responsibility, this is not surprising.

I think the notion that the CIA wasn't involved is hard to defend.
If you want to accept that Oswald was involved at some level, fine, but to me, Jack Ruby is the mystery. Why would he take it upon himself to k1ll Oswald? Was he such a disciple of JFK? He was obviously forced, in some capacity, to do it. He is known to have been acquainted with the mob. So you could suggest that it was the mob that ran the opp, but, it's very possible that Ruby was a CIA asset, and they had something on him that he was willing to sacrifice his life to protect. Based on the other head-scratching details of what occurred after JFK expired, points to some sort of govt-involved shenanigans, so I'm leaning toward the CIA vs the mob.
One thing to consider.
We've all seen presidents, when campaigning, talk about certain foreign policy things, talk about reigning in certain activities, and then once elected, they never mention it again. Perhaps it's just politics, but perhaps it's the Intel community (some might call it part of the deep state) that, once elected, has a talk with the president elect on how things REALLY work, who is really in charge, and the personal consequences if they don't fall in line.

Are you aware of the strange set of circumstances that all happened that morning to put Oswald and Ruby together at that exact spot at that exact time? No way it was planned out or premeditated.
It's sad, but it's not unlikely. Just look at Epstein and Maxwell. We have a person convicted of sex trafficking, but we have zero info on the people who were involved in the trafficking? It would be nearly impossible to convict someone without this info. The Lolita express compromised a lot of powerful people and that info is being buried, likely so that the CIAs game is not exposed and can continue.
