Blame the Big Ten. They didn't want to harm Michigan by taking real action. They know they need Michigan more than Michigan needs them.

Penn State and Ohio State had a chance to beat them and failed. Can't blame the cheating for that.

Yeah this is exactly what I have been thinking. How many recruits did they get based on the sudden success of the last few years? I mean, maybe some would not have committed otherwise. Idk
