I was watching the NBC broadcast and they really featured the Blue Band and PSU cheerleaders. They barely showed any of the USC band/Song Girls (a shame though concerning that latter part...).

Having been a member of the Blue Band a number of years ago I always get tears in my eyes and choke up when I see any band.

What did Roker say?

Al said we were 11-2 as BIG champ and lead by James Franklin. He gave a "we are" leading into the Blue Band who played the entire repertoire. very cool. he was more upbeat for PSU than USC - IMO

also - Al said he is the cousin of Lenny Kravitz. interesting fact.
