Bittersweet thoughts about this weekend

I am an engineer with a degree from Penn State. If I were hiring right now and all else were equal, I would probably give the nod to a Purdue grad over a Penn State grad. If cost were equal for my child to attend either school, I would guide them towards Purdue. But even there, costs are not equal, as the OP in this thread has indicated that Purdue is significantly less expensive.
