Not totally accurate. Simmons was a 5* on a couple sites when he committed. And still is/has been on ESPN.

Let me rephrase my comment " Franklin's first recruit upgraded to 5* after committing .
I don't remember Simmons being rated as a 5* by Rivals. Did I miss that ?
