For this weekend's Big Ten Championships in Columbus, Ohio, all of Penn State's 10 starters - a lineup that includes Luke Frey at 157 pounds and Jimmy Lawson at 285 - earned top 10 seedings and five of them rank in the top five. Nobody was picked No. 1.

Comments from head coach Cael Sanderson on the pre-seeds, the tournament, Frey's wrestle-off vs. Dylan Alton and more at the link below. Sanderson also confirms the five teammates who will travel with the team the squad as workout partners.

Good (and interesting) to see Bo and Nolf going as workout partners

Get them primed for the show next year.

also gives them(bo & nolf) a chance to experience the post season atmosphere. would expect them to be in st. louis, as well. if healthy, nevills would have been there, too.

We will never know, but that's unlikely, given Gingrich's presence. Nevill's would not go in favor of Gingrich either. The 5 seem to be the right 5 for preparation and warmups.
