To me it was Clifford looking downfield, then rolling to his right, then pretending to run for a few steps, sucking in the LBer as JBrown moved slightly downfield on a delayed route. That created space for Cliff to stop and dink the ball to Brown, who then took it to the house, untouched.
That was one of several Cliff passes where he pretended to run, then stopped to throw a short pass to a wide open receiver for good yardage. Never saw that before (in 2019. )
