Hollidaysburg the movie.. my old stomping grounds.. Born in Altoona, School in Newry and Hollidaysburgh till HS. Last I checked.. Altoona doesn't have it's own movie. A prominant PSU surname "Suhey" is mentioned throughout the movie. The movie is adult in nature.. including the exploits of one freshman character who manages to spend 3 nights at the PSU LAX house. It's on Netflix right now. It appears as though much of the movie is filmed in the area. Pretty sure the pic is not Hollidaysburg.. but somewhere close.. don't remember any river of the size anywhere close..but it's def. PA (prob the Burgh on the drive home at start of movie)
