According to Alan Dershowitz Mr Trump can't get a fair trial in any of the areas he has been indicted in. Does that mean the country can be divided into 'fair' and 'unfair' court areas? On what criteria? Who determines the 'fairness'? Should there be a Commission to study this issue of 'fairness'?

I'm not sure Mr Dershowitz is a good person to be passing judgment on such issues. I think Neil Katyal would be better suited for the job.
