When do they announced B1G Basketball Player of the Year? Re: DJ Newbill

DJ Newbill not only led the Big Ten in scoring, but he finished TOPS (No. 1 in scoring) among ALL players from Power 5 conference schools. Gotta like his chances, right? Can't wait for the announcement!

And then... this happened. Because of course.

Kaminsky deserves player of the year but DJ most certainly earned first team all Big Ten honors. Excluding Newbill from that honor is just another show of disrespect towards our basketball program!

TDJ not making the B1G 1st team is without a doubt, a big error!! Are these team awards or individual awards before anyone brings up the records of the teams with players on the 1st team!!?? Ridiculous!!!
