There would be some conditions of course but it still is a bit contradictory to his 'largest tax cut of all time' desire. Cut taxes on the wealthy and then raise the gas tax that would hit low/moderate income folks the hardest. Many of the wealthy don't even pay gas tax directly because they use cabs & limos. Every truck driver sure would feel the increase not to mention the prices of goods delivered by truck.
