PSU football is my favorite sporting interest, hands down. Nothing else compares. Visiting the different sites devoted to PSU football is a regular part of my every day. Following recruiting is at the top of that list. I imagine others on this board resemble this in terms of interests. So someone posts a new thread on an intriguing RB none of us ever heard of before, complete with video, and voila, it gets over 5000 views. That is a lot of time collectively spent on a a topic that likely never impacts any of us as PSU fans going forward. Maybe we see DJ Williams in another uniform a couple of years from now and we will have a vague recollection of seeing a random post about him. I'm not sure if it is a waste of time so much as time that might have been better spent on something else.
The "New running back" thread posted by BBCane5 got me thinking about time wasted.
