Spoke with Kent State transfer WR Devontez Walker today who has been hearing some from Penn State recently.
The staff would like to get him on campus I’m told but Walker informed me that he plans on visiting UNC this weekend and hopes to have a decision early next week, so a PSU visit would not fit his schedule.
