Was it really a fake punt? they were at the tOSU 20 yard line when they ran that

I like the fake punt Purdue ran vs. Nebraska two weeks ago. Punter takes the snap and throws it immediately in the direction of the right gunner who is being blocked by the Nebraska defender, who did not see the ball being thrown. The official had no choice but to throw a flag for PI. Purdue kept the ball.
