It certainly looks like both defenses have the advantage over the respective offenses. That said, Penn State looks to have a more explosive offense than michigan. Can Penn State make enough plays on offense to win the game? If it comes down to special teams, michigan looks to have the advantage kicking field goals.

This one should be low-scoring (not 43-40). I think Penn State wins with the better offense.
