SIAP: PSU drops lawsuit w/ TSM

At the center of debate was money paid to those who stated they were a victim of Jerry Sandusky -- Second Mile's Founder -- and if the Second Mile Foundation and insurance companies were liable.

A settlement was reportedly in the works, but it fell through when Penn State filed a motion to question former director Jack Raykovitz.

Penn State has paid a total of $118 million in settlement costs in the Sandusky scandal.

.
.

And people wonder why Penn Staters keep pushing this "conspiracy theory" that The Second Mile had something to do with the Sandusky scandal and why we keep asking why this all was focused on Penn State.

If this is about recovering funds, then perhaps Penn State is going to file a new lawsuit that includes the Second Mile's board of directors.

Apparently somebody realized that the raykovitz testimony would have destroyed the false narrative of the PSU bot.

There's enough indirect/direct overlap with PSU BOT and 2nd Mile BOT - that for this to happen, some folks would be suing themselves --- this is part of the reason there was an unvetted payout in the first place.....
