AG Garland made it very clear yesterday the DOJ is not finished with their string of convictions for Seditious Conspiracy. He stated the fact that the DOJ has been very successful with their convictions and as he said in his confirmation hearing - he will make sure all responsible for the 1/6 Insurrection will be charged/convicted.
