Hiccuping for me today. Wonder if it has to do with the amount of old content I.e. 42 pages worth).

Are the same programmers who worked on HHS's healthcare.gov successful rollout also responsible for the "enhancements" to this site?

I haven't been able to access this Board for a couple of hours. I was hoping when I finally got on the site it would have returned to the old format. No such luck.

Yeah- I tried to answer WeR0206's thread on the PA courts and after all the typing- when I hit post I get told I'm banned.

Stop shouting. This site crapped out plenty of times before the software conversion.
