You would think UM-PSU would be a strong Big Game Noon candidate even if PSU has 2 losses and UM has 1.

Students wouldn’t really play into it, as it’s 100% up to the TV networks.

Michigan I’d think depends on the Network…Fox would likely make it noon, while Disney would likely be 3:30.

You can have night games in November if the visiting team agrees to it. Don't see any circumstance where Harbaugh would agree to a night game.
